Due to an increase in last minute cancellations & no shows for appointments we have had to make the decision to charge 50% of the treatment cost for any missed appointments that give less than 24hrs notice. On booking you authroise us to store your card to your account and bill the relevant card if you fail to adhere to our cancellation policy. You will be made aware before any payment is taken. We use a safe and secure payment system to ensure your card details are kept safe. We will only activate your card if our 24 hour cancellation policy has been broken.
